Yeah. We've had a pretty warm winter here, if you even call it winter. The flowers haven't really died out.

Has anyone tested this @ 200mm against the EF 70-200 F/4L? I really enjoy mine (70-200), and find it very sharp, but the 100-400 might even be a tad sharper.

I have not owned the 70-200mm f/4, but this lens when I first got my hands on it was without question the sharpest zoom I have ever used. And sharper than many most primes as well. I would put money on it being the better of the two.

It blows away the tamron/sigma... you can't really even compare the two..

That said.. that hummingbird shot is a stunner.. Wow!

Thanks. I guess the 100-400 will now be my weapon of choice for hummingbird shots....except when I just want a challenge and use my 100mm macro. :lol:
