I had quit posting here because some don't feel this type of photo shows motion of the water. I think it takes motion to create motion blur, thus showing the motion of the water, so I will start posting again.

This would have been a better composition except a kayak entered the scene the last few seconds of exposure! Had to crop off the right.

Don't worry about what some feel about your shots! There are always some who are unhappy no matter what. I'm glad you have resumed posting :)

I snapped this while walking on the beach to meet someone at the other end. I didn't realize I'd freeze the action like this. I just wanted to catch a shot of the eerie seaweed that was silhouetted in the waves near the shore.
