Well it's -9 here right now. So much colder than +19! ;-)a

C or F. It makes a difference. We are at 19C. :) Come on down and help me plow some sunshine.

Yep, I left out the C and F indicators. Makes Canada sound much colder!

-9 C is +16 F

So, still colder!

12+ hours with the big green tractor this time. I’m tired.

It’s going to start snowing again in two hours. Just after some freezing rain moves through...

The big north cold pushed down here as well. Dropped to 36 and suppose to be below freezing tonight.

Could you please use Peachy in a sentence circa 1590?

Is it an Aldean type tractor, or more Chesney?

Let's not pigeon hole things.

Well.........

It is a Big Green Tractor.....

And I (a she) Think(s) My Tractor's Sexy.....

And then there's just Green Tractors in general..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7HEhH23v_4 (external link)

(These guys - Scott Manery & The Barn Burners - are local guys. They do an incredible set list and will play just about anything. Any local shows are always sold out. They will easily play for 6 hours and not repeat anything, or lose any of the crowd. That video is 7 years old, and fortunately, he's learned some more dance moves. Oh, and if you notice in the credits they thank the Podolinsky family.... the Podolinsky family owns the local John Deere dealership. I worked there back in college.)

I like Big Green Tractors.

Haha. I've ridden a motorcycle on snow-covered streets before. It's kinda sporty.

Looks way too big for an ebike.

It's one of those electric scooter/moped style things that either run on battery or pedal power. One of the Emmo brand things that are super popular around here. Ontario limits them to 500W and 32 km/hr.

They are considered vehicles here, which means they're only allowed on roadways and have to follow all the normal driving laws. But they are a huge aggravation to traffic. It seems that the majority of owners of these things have no care for following rules and are constantly being stupid. Like taking one out in a snow storm.

People on bicycles are more accepted and tolerated.

I'm just saying it reminded me of when I rode a motorcycle in the snow. Not that this thing was necessarily a motorcycle.

Anyway. One morning I was coming up to a guard shack for a restricted area I had to get into, and the road went from snow to ice; the only way to stop was to put it down as I slid past the guard. I'm sure he laughed about that with his friends over beers later.

I've ridden a bike in the snow but it was a dirt bike and it was in a field. Even then with really aggressive knobby tires it was a challenge to keep upright. I can't imagine riding a road bike in snow on concrete/asphalt.
