Just got the a6500... I was upgrading from a T2i that I had for 7 years...

And to be quite honest.... Maybe its my familiarity with my old camera, but I like the ergonomics and the screen of the t2i more than I do the a6500. I was quite disappointed in the digitized looking LCD screen

My first go around with birds in flight and the A6500 and 18-105 f4.0 combination. I wish I had had my faster 50 f1.8 with me, as this was pretty early in the morning under very gray skies with rain coming. I could have used the extra stops. Still I was pleased with the results. Shot in PP2 profile and then adjusted for color in Lightroom.

I love Canada geese.

I am too switching from Canon to avoid carrying all that extra weight. It is a big learning process to understand all the features and holding a very much smaller camera. I put on a RRS L-bracket and it feels more comfortable by spreading my hands further apart.

I've taken many of this shot with my Canon 5DII/7-40L. It's a much different look. This was using the
Sony 10-18 lens. I would say the Sony has a more digital modern look and the Canon has a more traditional look. Like 1080p vs analog tv. It takes a little getting used too.
