
There is something very special about this image, not sure exactly what it is. A high, white, overcast day, I am guessing and perfect white balance. I attended a 2 day seminar in Dallas years ago, taught by Arthur Morris. He had at least 100 pithy quotes. One that applies to this image: "Mike, there is no secret to taking a great bird photograph, you just have to get everything right". Very nicely done.

The longer I look at your photo, the more I like it : the soft focus of the water, beautiful reflection and the feather detail. I tend to ignore these ducks, as they are always around, but maybe I should pay more attention in future.
