Item condition: Lens was dropped, it no longer zooms or focuses. Neither ring will move.

Glass is clean, but it is non-functional and being sold for parts or repair.

I find for parts/repair lenses eBay is your best bet, people are willing to pay a lot more there for some reason, I'm about to list a Nikon 14-24 there that's been dropped for that very reason
I can't use the 18-200 on FF but at that price it's a deal just for the parts! GLWS
