Gray-lined hawk Costa Rica. This has to be one of the nicest looking hawks I have seen. Wish it was a little closer but it was across a river.

Thanks! I've been lucky with the resident eagles up there this year.

I know the difference in my screen name and Flickr name can confuse people. I got into this whole "photography" thing back in 09 when I bought a 40D to get better pictures of my brand new kittens, Lenny and Carl, hence the Flickr account name. By the time I got more serious, I already had a pro account and too many shots up to bother trying to change it to anything else (and I still like taking shots of my boys, 10 years on). :-D
