OK, I rarely post here because my shots are hardly ever styled; I cook and serve with no time for pretty shots and if I shoot, I post them in the cooked in my home kitchen thread.
This time I was able to light and expose them properly.
Lovely deep fried won-tons with pork and spinach filling and for dessert lychee with dates and pecans encased and deep fried...delicious!

Nicely lit! I would have moved the chopsticks so they were more out of focus, I think with the one pot sticker in focus the chopsticks are competing with it. The second one I would just clean up the stains on the plate, could things I notice because if yours going to take the time to light a shoot take it all the way and polish all the way.

Thanks, Anthony; I bounced the flash off the ceiling. And you are right about the chopsticks and the water stains on the plate. I didn't notice them at first and then it was too late; the morsels were gone ߘ
