I've had this little Porcelain pot for many years and thought I'd take a photo of it. It only stands 3" tall. I used to use it to melt butter on the stove.

It's a charming little pot, but porcelain? It looks like enamelware.

Or perhaps porcelain enamel?

I didn't know there was such a thing. Does it respond to magnets?

I don't have a magnet handy but the pot is made of metal, steel I presume, and coated with either porcelain, enamel or a combination of the two. Regardless, it's been a part of my kitchen for many, many years.

Working up a bottle shot. Always "amusing" to see what changes when adding-subtracting reflectors, flags, etc. Wasn't as happy how hard the main was, the half stop wasn't diffused enough so I took it out and left the hard edge from the main.

Some like the hard while others prefer diffused, what are your thoughts when doing bottle shots between hard and well diffused?

Chopped Green Onions

I like to chop them up and freeze them for use as a garnish on potatoes, etc. Some of these are already frozen

Salt & Peppa

Like that! Been meaning to do a salt pepper shoot myself. Ironic that I'm off to Penzy's Spices to get some of the various peppercorn and other spices today.
