I know rats are vermin but this small Brown was not in an urban environment and those little pink paws and nose are rather endearing...
(PS : I think it could smell my chicken salad sandwich and couldn't resist taking a chance and peeking out.)

Not sure on that but more than likely as they really love the freshly killed prey like field mice etc
