I really like the contrast of the darker and lighter feathers on the hawk. The framing with the hawk at the edge of the shot and looking off of the photograph detracts from the bird though.

These are the first decent shots I've managed to get of a crow. They are just too observant and skittish. At the first movement of anything, they take off.

Perhaps you could try taking a tasty titbit, like a roadkill. :p Smart birds are corvids.

This one was after some suet I put out for smaller birds that aren't attracted to the seeds in the feeder.
