You can avoid much of the hangover by matching cups of water after the fact. 5 beers/shots = 5 cups of water before bed. If you can’t match, still helpful but there is only so much you can do :-)

I was at hospitality for the Scotland england rugby where we got a historic win. It was a 15.5 hour session. There wasn’t enough water in Scotland :-)

I think the key is try knocking it out early in the week. I also get so busy that by the weekend comes around, I run out of time.

the start of the fun run this morning...I thought it had good motion...I was trying panning with runners, not easy, too much movement in the people to get good sharp pans, since they bob up and down and not just move in one direction...so went really slow to make it a bit more chaotic...
