Taken at Tunnel View in Yosemite on Friday, February 23rd. The light breaking through clouds lit up this peak in a pleasing way.

I think Yosemite just cannot be captured via camera. Same thing with the Grand Canyon @ Sunset with some clouds. Just places one has to see to believe. The sheer steepness of the walls, I remember just standing there in awe, waterfall from the blue sky. Just amazing.

For those that have not gone, go during the next recession (since we're working on a nice asset bubble right now) when there's not a billion people, then you can take in the sights and sounds.

Sand dunes near town of Cervantes in Western Australia. This is a combination of two exposures. First for the dunes not long after the sunset. Second for the starry sky about 30 minutes later.
