Friends of mine have two newish kittens.

This little guy is a male named Paule and I am told that he is just getting his eyesight.
He also seems a bit behind in his growth. Here, he is at least 5 months old.

I was told that it is a common practice for Paule to hang onto the lower rail of their kitchen table and watch the humans.

These are hurried images because I did not know how long Paule would hang there or have me 'spook' him, but he stayed there for perhaps a couple of minutes.

Too funny!

Thank you, I think is because of the forum update, lens info extract has some glitches.
I am not surprised that it was the 135 f2, love that lens, still saving up to buy one.

On this day 5 years ago, Mei-Ling passed away. We will always remember her. Hope she is warm and cozy under a patch of sunlight in a field of tall grass, a cat heaven.

Both photos are absolutely stunning, and tell a wonderful story. I'm sorry for your loss.

Thank you, it's particularly poignant as it's 5-year anniversary and we've just watched "Coco" couple nights ago - that song, "Remember Me" makes our whole family tear up as we recall Mei-Ling's passing as if was yesterday.
On a happier note, we have been back again to a three-cat household for the past three years - Tiger (front) and Mommy-O (back) were joined by shy Lucy (middle)
