Vinz I looked at the bigger/larger/more bulky controller but not for me. For you yes I can see how you'd use it.

Wanted to mention the Canon Close Focus Adapter/Close Up Lens 550D (I happen to have one in 77mm) will work a charm on this lens for 'nearly' macro photography If any have the a9 they can use the pull back method of focus racking then stack in something like Zerene.
