This is the first time I've seen evenly spaced rings of pollen like that. Most pf the time pollen is just nasty looking. Fortunately the long exposure smooths out some of the nasty! Charles

The floating pollen in the black and white one looked nasty in color due to the different flow of the water so it worked better as black and white. The black and white is all about texture and pattern. Charles
