United States Custom House
Charleston SC.
Construction started 1852 and stopped in 1859. Restarted in 1870 and completed in 1879. Placed on the National Register of Historical Places in 1974.

Here in the United States, our government has a lot of buildings that look exactly like this one. . Hundreds of them.
