I still use a Fuji system for a lightweight landscape kit, and kept my 7D2 and 5D4 as I still have a 500mm f4 for when I need that kind of reach with low light capability and/or am planning a full on photo safari. The RX10 is a great "stick it in the center console" camera to have with me at all times, and one I can handhold all day long. I'm going to see how well it works for auto racing next month at Sonoma Historic races where I usually carry the 7D2 and a 300 2.8. Will be an interesting experiment. Bottom line is that I have yet to find the "one" setup that can do it all really well. The only thing I could suggest is to rent one from the fine folks at Lensrentals.com and see how it works for you. Thanks for the input Ed much appreciated. I very rarely find myself trying to shoot in low light - however this does raise a question... would using a tripod and keeping the iso down give reasonable low light images given a static scene? Also a good idea regarding renting one. Off to look for a company in UK that does rental Sony: A7rii
