I ventured to Africa last May with Buddy Eleazer of Magnum Excursions and I can honestly say it was the best trip of my life. Buddy arraigned a first class trip at a great price !


The morning was cool and our Landcruiser was without doors and a roof. The Tracker ( Moses ) sat on his tracking seat on the left front of the vehicle, about an hour into our morning Mosey speaks , in South African to our Guide Ryno. Ryno tells us two lions and we’re going to follow. Ryno updates us, the Lions are paralleling a herd of Buffalo, there hunting. Ryno announces we’re going to try to circle around them and get up front. Off we go not wasting anytime we’re on a mission, as we hook back we are wondering did it work! Then in front of us is the Holy Grail in Africa, one of the six remaining White Lions in the wild.

Congratulations! That's a once in a lifetime!

Wow! Very impressive sighting.
I hope Buddy is well. I was seriously looking at booking with him two years ago, but we had to go for a cheaper no frills adventure instead. Everything I have heard makes me desperately want to go with him one day.
