FYI. Here’s a fake floor. Savage has these on sale now. Fake trim (well, a length of painted trim with cheap “L” bracket to stand it up) and canvas. Set up for a shoot Saturday.

Its all on carpet. To fight the padding under the rug, this all lies on plywood (that won’t warp). Could use the carpet too but tried and didn’t like it.
