The Miller House in Madison, Georgia. After sitting empty for nearly thirty years following a fire the house has been sold and will be renovated.

The Joshua Hill House, the classmate of Sherman at West Point. He persuaded Sherman to not burn Madison on their way to Savannah. BTW, it is for sale for a mere $3M.
