Bitter sweet. Bushfires in South western Sydney the past couple of days. No (human) loss of life and no homes lost. No way of counting the obviously huge loss of life and suffering of so much wildlife. Our big water bombers have been sent back to the US so lot's of small aerial fighters operating.

Yeah I typically don't seek out fungi/mushroom/lichen photos, but there's been a few interesting ones as you're combing the ground looking for frogs...
