It's a younger one, it would fly off for a while, then come back panting, almost like it was hurt/injured, basically let me get super close as long as I didn't move my feet (which, I really wish they would stop using gravel in wildlife area and use that bark stuff instead, maybe it's a cost thing, but I've noticed noise is the enemy to good bird photos).
