I've always seen these types of photos - this was my first attempt at it. There are 9 shots here...1 base (at ISO 8000) then one for each guy...the guy with the cowboy hat wouldn't take if off. We really didn't have a lot of time to meter the light, but I think it works

Good try. My suggestions would be to cool down the pic a bit, too warm for my tastes. Also, next time try to even out the lighting a bit more.

The light looks correct in color for where they are. I think you've done a really nice job here.
