Ohio, glad to see you enjoyed Sedona, it is a beautiful area. I'm guessing the weather was a little better than what we've had down here in the southern part of the state.

April has been hot, windy, dusty, high-pollen, air-quality-advisory, fire danger weather here in southern Arizona. The last rain was in early February. :-(

Sedona was great, as always. I think this was our 7th visit, plus I've another four for me just for golf. The weather was great everyday; blue skies, light wind and highs around 80F, give or take a little, although it did cool down and the winds kicked up at the end of our stay. Still nothing that kept us from having a ball! Quite the contrast to the weather at home. It is still winter! At least through last weekend. Looks like it is finally warming up. Time to get the mower running!

Nice set Ohio. First one in awhile without an IPA photo though. [? :-))] Calculating with the gizmo was as fast as plugging in numbers with a calculator but it did not have the accuracy.

Thanks, Don. I had a beer photo ready to go (I want...a beer!) but decided to go with the red rock shot instead.

Sorry I've been sort of missing for the month guys -- it's just one of those months that got away from me!

Don has graciously offered to post some topics for May, but he probably isn't yet aware that I've accepted his offer lol -- it was just a couple minutes ago that I responded to him. He did however, tell me what they're going to be so if they're not up before I leave for work in the morning I'll update the first post with this month's topic anyway. Thanks again, OldCrow!

Last but not least, some WONDERFUL photos this month --great job by everyone that posted!

Nice set MichiTimm.

Thanks for posting the topics, you get up for work earlier than I do. :-)

Is there anyone who hasn't picked topics this year that would like to pick June's? If not, I'll gladly pick some myself.

If no one else volunteers, I have some topics. But since I'm the new kid on the block, I'll defer to anyone else and contribute in some future month.

Nope, it's all you new tim on the block - jump right in, lol. I just ask that you wait until the first of the month, or the night before, to post the new topics. Thanks!

**edit**
I've edited the second post in the thread to show that June will be picked by timphoto, and July by me. August and beyond are still up for grabs.

Signed "Leo Glass" vintage choker that belonged to my grandmother.

Wooden lazy susan created by my aunt and uncle 25+ years ago. Uncle did the woodwork and assembly, then my aunt did the Rosemåling.

Thinking about the "wood" item I was going to photograph made me feel like trying some craft work of some kind, so I went to Hobby Lobby to look around. I saw this display of metal home decor. They call themselves an Arts & Crafts store, but I think more than half the store is devoted to Home Decor - already finished items so you can just quick decorate. LG phone shot.

Excellent start Debbie. The chocker and lazy susan are beautiful, you have a very talented aunt.

Nice find on the metal home decor.

I also agree on the nice start, Debbie and I really like the lazy susan.

I have a couple of the topics covered so far but I'm waiting to see if I get the rest.

Tried to do something different with paper but did not have much luck until I used a kaleidoscope and a swirl filter.
