Missed! As a kid, two of us were throwing darts at each other and catching them with a piece of wood. I don't remember just what I was using, but it seems to my remembrance it was probably a one or two foot square piece of plywood. Anyway we were throwing the darts at distances such as one would throw a baseball or a football. Randy threw one at me and when I went to catch it, I missed. It stuck in my kneecap. It stuck well enough I remember having to twist it to get it out. Missed in throwing darts to me has a different meaning than it does to most everyone else. . . .

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
