Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is Delicious. As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

So..There must be something you can take a photo of that is Delicious to you.. ... .

Here are the rules:
1. Shots need to be taken between Monday Sunset and the following Monday by Sunset (Whenever that is for you ). Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives. Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!
2. Post your shots at any time during the week.
3. Post a maximum of two shots if you're uploading them to POTN (i.e., attaching them). You can post more than two if you're linking to shots that are not hosted by POTN (i.e. embedding them) but keep within POTN rules. Also keep within POTN rules about size. A copy of the size rules can be found here: IMAGE POSTING RULES
That's it! Have fun! As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.
An index to previous weeks can be found here: POTN WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK INDEX

That's it!
Have fun!

You guys are making me hungry!

John, I love how the meal is served. It looks like paper but I'm betting it's not?
And somehow the background is really fitting for that dish. I can totally see myself sitting there, eating that. Well, minus the meat as I don't eat meat. But yeah, looks good.

And Kevin, I'll take one of those. Just hold the ham please!

Great start.

See, I thought they kind of wanted to serve the dish the way Fish and Chips are served in England: in an old newspaper. :-P
I would like that warm ocean too, John. Very much...

Oooh, "dinner on board the ship". That sounds so nice!

Here's what this black-tailed godwit considers delicious.
Cropped too much though so not the best IQ (and uploaded at 1280px to minimise the damage some!).

Ah, Levina, nice capture. You beat me to it. I had a Great Blue Heron with its breakfast ready to go this evening :-) I'll try to find something else.

Joayne, hope you are having a wonderful vacation.
John_B, thanks for hosting. Stay safe, the news of the volcano and the earthquakes are pretty scary.

Here is my take on this week's topic

Great moment to have captured, Rhody!
I'm glad you posted it.

And Joayne, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be mingling with the natives, have them teach you their folkloristic dances? :p

Thank you so much, Levina and Joayne, and for the likes. Just got lucky. Usually I'm the one chasing the birds. This time the heron landed a few feet away and went about his business without paying any heed to me.
