They are....its a nice hike in the summer but especially awesome in the fall around October :)

Its funny - the camera gear is going to weigh what it does, so everything else must be as light as possible. Thus ZPacks Hexamid solo plus tent, Western Mountaineering 10 degree bag, Zpacks Arc Haul etc etc. I have this dream of someday hiring some "Home Depot Sherpas" to carry a convection oven up there and make fresh baked cookies :)

A sunrise from the area:

Anyway you see why I am willing to haul a bunch of lenses up there. Once you've seen it, you can't stay away.

I'm a little happier with this shot than the last one I posted.

Smoooth!

Thanks Eddie. It's one of my favorites and very smooth.

Wow, what a trip. I didn't know places like that existed.

AZ Utah and NM have so many secret places...... I hope someday to get to them and actually get good shots

To add the signature? Or was that there the first time?

No, I smoothed out the reflection on the right side of the bottle by adding another diffuser. The sig was there in the 1st one I posted.

Doesn’t happen in other industrialized nations like this. America is doing it wrong, but truth, facts, science, recorded data, and dead children just don’t seem to matter here.

Sure doesn't. And interestingly enough there were no Texas ar15 super heroes to save the day in Santa fe today.....

Kekane! 10 star, 10 star because 1. you got a J, very hard in my area to get them. 2. SHARP.
The FE100-400GM is revolutionary in being a zoom that can take a 2.0TC with so little degradation.
Just think, you have 200-800mm in your hands that you can freely wield!!!!!!!
Congratulations.

Thank you MedicineMan4040! And those shots were handheld...as is the following photo:

Another with 2.0TC, handheld, unedited with the exception of 200% crop from raw file converted to jpg.
