I think velvia is an underappreciated film simulation. It's one of my most used :)

Ordering the fringer soon.

Id love to try the fuji with sigma 18-35 1.8 and the 50-100 1.8
Both were awesome lenses on canon 80d
I've tried the 18-35 on the xt2 and xh1 ,, but with cheapo adapter, so only usable wide open

These are the two lenses I wish Sigma made in Fuji mount.

If you try this combo, I would be very interested in your experience.

C&C always welcomed...
On my images, of course, and on my words as well--as long as it's constructive :).

MCEX-11 with the 10-24, doable?

As close as the XF10-24mm gets @24mm & f/11 with the MCEX11 (12800 ISO to :) )

And one as close as the XF16mm can get @f/1.4 without tube of course.

Thanks.

Yes selling all sony gear.

Id love to keep the 7r3 and the 85 gm,, great combo for portraits .
But too much money tied up in one setup just for portraits ,, I don't have it ($$)like that
All the sony gear is really just sitting there collecting dust, so might as well sell now , the a7r4 could be released any minute now then I'll take a bigger loss

When I was a canon crop shooter I really enjoyed my 18-35 even with the AF that hated me every now and then. But now that I'm with fuji I don't miss it and can't say I'd get it even if sigma did start making lenses in fuji x-mount (which I think Sigma had said they had no interest in making fuji lenses which does suck)

The 50-100 was a lens that I just couldn't like. I LOVED my Sigma 50-150 OS (I was the last lens I owned for canon). I was hoping they would make a 50-135 f2 to replace it but when the 50-100 f1.8 was released instead I just couldn't get behind it.

I definitely understand, as a portrait shooter I thought about adding it to my kit because of eye af but the system and lenses don’t fit in my budget.

i wish fuji would make 1.8 zooms like the sigmas ..
i would gladly trade in extra range of the fuji 16-55 for an 18-35 .. or the fuji 50-140 in exchange for 50-100 . to get the constant 1.8 aperture... i doubt they will do that though ..

i've put in my order for the fringer adapter.. it has the sigma 18-35 as a tested and working lens .. we will see , keeping my fingers crossed.
if that works out well , i may purchase the 50-100 again.
yes the 50-100 art lack of IS was a pain when had it with the 80d as i had to keep my shutter speeds higher than i wanted to
but thankfully my xh1 has built in ibis ..
