you should check out the Glow Parapop. it's the fastest modifier to setup other than reflectors. to me it's about 10 seconds to open and you keep the diffusers on when done.

here's a comparison

But takes an hour to assemble when you first get it lol

Yeah. The panels get super wrinkled, but I haven't found that it affects anything.

same as the parapop. it stays there all the time.

it's actually easy. the videos i found in youtube don't give it justice. i did it in less than 15minutes. i did not follow what i saw in youtube.

I'm liking the wescott for the size, but would like to have a bowens mount instead.

Shhhhh im taking a GFX50s to Moab to try it.

LOL im quoting myself.

I turned down an amazing rental on the GFX50 and 23 f4 ($350) for my whole trip.

I am having Sony send me a eval copy of the 7r3. (need some quick set up for landscape)

I might be heading to Alaska in July and thought that might be better for the GFX depending on the weather.

Yes I am back to Gas

Thinking of moving to the 7r3 just so sony will release a new amazing 9r because you know if I buy it 6 months later sony will release something.

Also 80% sure the CV10 is going to be sold to pick up the Laowa 15 and the 90 mac needs to go so I can maybe look at that new tammy 28-70 oh and the FE28 would go too.

What are 7r2s worth now if I sell

From the one sunset I shot while in California last week...since most of the trip was photo work related, there was no time for shooting for myself...on the weekend we did manage to get away for a bit up the coast. What you can't see in this image, is the steady 30+ MPH wind...the sea spray...cleaning the filters was needed after every frame...and since it was so bad, I only worked with one lens to keep from getting any spray or sand in the body, everything I shot was with the FE 35 ZA...confirming I need that lens. I used it so much on the trip. Also had a FH Firecrest 6 Stop ND on.

I face this situation quite often, always have Zeiss wipes on me, and reason I shoot Zooms at the beach.

Other than that, love the feeling of being on the beach with camera.

I need to get some of those...I eventually had to call it quits, I could not get the front filter clean enough and didn't want to get that crap on the lens.

Funny thing about this image. I originally shot two images, one for the front of the lens and another for the foreground/background as that is how I would usually do a lot of these images. With the DR on this camera, I only needed the one of the front element and could easily get the rest to look how I like it with very little work :D
