Buller's Shearwater. In my defence it was difficult to frame birds with the boat bobbing up and down.

I just spent 10 minutes with an Indigo Bunting at just a few feet with an amazing back ground !! and had NO CARD IN THE CAMERA ???

Does that count vmad

I hate when that happens. It happens with my cameras AND with my digital audio recorder......ugh.....

Trying to whip out a new to me camera and catch this guy before he flew the coop. Beautiful bird although you can't tell from the terrible image.

I could fill this thread up by myself. Two Osprey fighting over a fish right in front of me. The 400mm was too long and they were moving too fast to keep them in the frame.
