Good way to turn stones into diamonds. Uh... just a figure of speech.  2/3 cup of bourbon along with espresso was incorporated into the bread pudding remake. Worked out really well. Was thinking later that a caramel-rum sauce would have been good too.

Jul 11, 2018 17:02 | #626 She wanted to do a variation on one of the brownie recipe's she's testing. Noticed that as the sugar ratio dropped the "bark" or crust did not crackle as much. More sugar the more it cracks and the less it doesn't. This is a low sugar variation so the depth-darkness of the cocoa is more present.
