I have and use the R7 Curve. I do make one modification. A carabiner clip attached from my belt loop or the side adjustment strap on my photo vest and clipped to the Black Rapid Strap will prevent the camera and strap from swinging around.

The carabiner clip doesn't have to be the expensive mountain climbing variety, the cheap clips sold at the checkout counter of a super market for less than a buck will do just fine! They are quick and easy to remove and to reattach.
