Looks so cool now. I was there in the 80s living in Portland at the time.

Thanks! It was a very memorable flight. Zeiss loaned me a 25 Milvus and wanted unique shots with it. My Metabones adapter was being finicky, but I smacked it hard and then it consistently connected electronically with the lens

I the Milvus a particularly heavy lens? I have found that to happen with heavy lenses, especially front heavy lenses...

Beautiful!

When I was looking to buy fast primes in the 24mm range I compared the Milvus 25 1.4 to the Canon 24 1.4L II. The milvus was about the same size, but 1 pound heavier. But to be fair, the Milvius had 15 elements in 13 groups, while the Canon was 13 in 10 groups.
I bought the Canon lens because I really hated having full time manual focus on Canon bodies.

for the owners of FE16-35F4, how's the AF speed in low light?

Here is my grinder after the working parts, as well as the metal bowl, have been chilled prior to grinding up some hamburger meat. I used beef chuck for this grind.

Hi. I read my A7iii manual several times, and I’m learning all these features, but there’s one I can’t figure out. I’ve searched and read.

I know it’s me being dull, but oh well.

How do I turn off the red autofocus illuminating light?

Took the boat ride at Gros Morne, did some frontcountry walking; backcountry trails still closed. We had two blizzards
while in NL.....still winter up there at the end of May.

Not Idsurfer level kayaks but they fit in the back of our camper. Here's is a campsite shot on the way back from ML at Lake Moomow Va.
Way lots of processing/was dark/rainy gloomy
