Bjarnarfoss, Iceland.

We weren't even planning on this one. Wasn't on my radar. Was just driving on our way to a different location and saw this view from the road. Had to stop.

Question for RObert, or anyone really...any idea what caused this dark halo in the image...shot with the 70-200 and 2x...this is SSOC...it showed up in a bunch of images and then not others. I checked the camera today, the lens elements and extender elements are all clean...

Crazy. Never seen anything like that.
Moisture? Seems very diffuse.
And when you switched lenses it was gone right?

I'd say some sort of glare or reflection through the lens/converter.

Looks like an oil spot on the lens or sensor Travis. I've had them before and it took a wet cleaning of the sensor to get rid of.

It appeared for a series of images and then was gone...

This is my thinking too...

It only showed up for a few frames...

The ironies of life. I give Poof my Rii, she has access to all the lenses.
Look at this pic and see what she chose.....she used it for a large part of the trip.
I kinda gave her the 'look', she asked what's up with it. I told her 'well at least there
is no other lens like it'.

This is the Gorge Trail in Watkins Glen.
We started the hike at sun up. It is 1.5 miles long. Trail steps to the left. There
are 832 stone steps ....which seriously reminded me my knees suck. Mecca for
waterfall lovers.
p.s. processed from a jpg :(

You will love it. Absolutely the best drip coffee maker out there! I've had one for years. :-)

Ed, one of you best coyotes yet.

Thanks Robert. The coyote had a lot to do with it! Its coat color was much deeper than most around these parts.

So I decided to cancel my preorder for the Sigma 35mm Art in E mount. They still don't have a set date on when I would get the lens, just sometime during or after September. My Canon 35mm f/2 IS performs so well with the MC-11 that I don't feel I need the native Sigma.

The AF is really fast and responsive, the lens is also still smaller and MUCH lighter than the Sigma would be so to me it's not worth it right now. Hopefully a Batis 35mm releases and then I will probably get that instead.

Congrats man :D

Just got Platinum in this. Enjoyable game. Recommend you go in blind and dont look up anything.

I done one playthrough and lost a few people so I plan to replay it and try and keep everyone alive. I played it blind and was more enjoyable, there was so much suspense and fear for every decision haha.
