Promise this is the 400DOii, the MC11 reports it wrong whereas the MBv reports correctly. I just had the MC11 on that day.

Thanks Stu.
We shot Puffins at Elliston in Newfoundland.
But look at Gary's recent Puffin shots in the RX10iv thread.
Where he went they flew straight at him. Not so for us at Elliston.

On the EOS5D with superior noise management, this lens gives me results I want. I still love my 300mm f2.8 but I hardly use it for what I shoot now.

From this afternoon's walk-about the neighborhood. He never presented his face to the Sun
so a major shadow pull/slight increase in exposure.
