Timphoto - that is a great set of photos. The tea garden gate makes me want to go in and see what it's like. At Arturos, the horse water troughs as planters make me smile
Thank you Debbie! The tea garden is in a sunken rock quarry in San Antonio, TX and it very well done. My wife and I considered it better than the Japanese Garden in San Francisco. It's really not Chinese, but was developed and cared for by a Japanese gentleman who was interned at the beginning of WWII, at which point the name on the gateway was changed to Chinese.
This is the view into the garden as you come up to the edge of the quarry.
