Dramatic looking Jeff. You said you were going to combine your photography with art. That's exactly what you did here, with the gull. It really looks great.

Neat looking shot, David. I'll take that burrow if the owl comes with it.

Gorgeous shot, Jim. I sure wish we had more Orioles out here in my area of California. They are all so uniquely beautiful birds.

You sound like me MM. I'm really having a difficult time with heavy camera stuff. I too am above ground and trying. My old Canon EF 400mm f/5.6L USM is once again getting a lot of use. I kind of quit using it much when the Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II came out, but that too gets tiring in a hurry. Now the old 400mm is seeing a lot more days in the field. The Canon 400 mm DO is the heaviest I'll take out anymore, and my Canon 500 f4 L II will soon be up for sale.

I have been considering the Panasonic G9 and their new 100-400mm, the last air show I went to I only took a few pictures before I just set the camera down. I am still almost two years away from 60 but I damaged my neck and back, my right arm will just go numb sometimes.
