Sony A7 III and some lenses

Yeah, the tendon ripped off the bone. Had to drill a hole in my radius, tie sutures to the tendon, pull through the hole and anchor to my elbow. So, yeah, life's pretty awesome right now lol.

Anyone here use the Sigma 150-600 C with the MC-11 on the A7III and can tell me how it balances?
