The town we were in on the fourth didn't have much in the way of context. The background was just trees in the distance. So this is a composite of 4 shots. The complete black background made it very easy to stack the shots.

One of the perks of being a superintendent is that we get access to rooftops of buildings when no one else is allowed up there. Last night I had the opportunity and pleasure of shooting from one of North America's most unique towers currently being built, Vancouver House (external link) by Westbank. This photo was taken from the 60th story (rooftop, still under construction). This was at last night's 2018 [annual] Honda Celebration of Light. South Africa put on one a hell of a show. C+C always welcome - hope you all enjoy!
