New Tamron 150-600 G2

Hi, am new to the forum. My husband David Stallard bought me this lens about a month ago, so I'm still getting used to using a telephoto lens.
I predominantly use it hand-held as opposed to using a tripod or monopod, so I'm on a bit of a steep learning curve.
The below images were taken at The Hawk Conservancy Trust near Andover,Uk. I'd appreciate any feedback or hints to help me develop my skills.

Both are very nice shots, Shaun.

Found this little guy with his adoptive mom... in this case a song sparrow. It was pretty funny watching him beg for food as he was twice the size of the song sparrow.

Very nice! I haven't got mine dialed in yet. And both of my shoulders are shot, so it's on a tripod for me, but I love this lens! Congrats!

The hummers like the sunflowers on my deck as much as I do. This one sits here and guards the feeders not letting any of the 7 others come get one specific feeder.
