I killed some time in the wildflower patch out back this morning waiting for the 24mm Samy to arrive.
LOVE the Samy! Perfect companion for the Tamron 28-75mm for a little kit. In fact I've got a Photocross 13
which will hold my a9+400DOii and also the 24mm and 28-75 for a nice all arounder.

Looks like the Morris Island Light?
I love the old old images of it when it really was on an island.

Yep, Morris Island.

masterful sig. and the main bottle really really sticks 3D out.

Yes, thanks to shooting at f1.4 with my FE 85 GM, there is an amazing amount of separation between subject and background.

I shot this handheld too.

Steady hands and great lens, nice combination.

Yep, Morris Island.

I remember paddling out and around that light....some serious little cross currents there.
Well it's a beautiful image Travis. Are you old enough to remember when it had a serious lean?

I was bored of my case and decided to try water cooling so I got the NZXT H500 and Kraken X62 AIO

So far my idle temps have dropped by 7 degrees and load temps by 10-15 degrees :D

Slightly off topic, but specs?

Nice job on the build, the H500 looks much easier and nicer to build in than the H440

Yeah I really love this case. I had the Noctis 450 before which has the same internals as the H440 but I prefer this case much more.

a busier scene than I normally like, but I couldn't help it...the face of the end of this island has changed a lot in the last year...

Sample shot from the Samyang 24mm F2.8
Focus obviously on the bicycle handle. Greenhouse approx. 30 feet away, willow
trees 60-70 feet away.

Sunstar at F22 with the Samyang 24/2.8 up first
followed by the Sony 28/F2
then the Samy 24.
Fred posited there might not be a big difference in the true focal length.
Honestly the difference between 28mm and 24mm is not enough for me to carry the Samy if
I have the Tamron 28-75mm on me.
I'll keep hoping for a 20mm pancake someday.

Another sample from the Samy 24 at 2.8.
The selling point of this lens is size and weight. I took the grip off the a7riii and
popped this lens on and it felt weightless.
