I can see how a good looking dog like that would be your best hunting pal. :-)

No that's not true. Ha, ha, ha. I like ugly ones too. My best dog of all time was a big ugly male named Skipper. I never had a dog that could hunt like him. I sure miss that ol' boy.

If there’s no snow then shoot them on clean unmown grass. :p
This was an old fox. Had cataracts in both eyes and couldn’t see very well. He knew I was there, not very far away, and wasn’t about to leave his den hole.

PS..... not as pretty as Jeff’s. ;-)a

I think he's a very handsome little fellow.. Foxes are a mystical kind of creature. They always leave you wanting more. Super job on him

Wow nice work!

I think we all have the struggle with the settings, I think somewhere I heard a quote something like 'if you're not frustrated you're not trying hard enough...'

So true,.. That Mink was a real inquisitive Mink if there ever was one. He literally came over and sniffed my boot. Amazing personality

This is what you do on a hot summer's day when it's 96F. Experimenting with the Tamron's parameter space compared to the 100-400 plus 1.4X extender.

Ah-keong...Thank you for nice comments. I too think she is a beautiful dog, but her problem is, that she is too friendly. She loves everyone she meets. Moxie is so happy to see people, and can't wait for them to pet her. In that side view photo, she is starring at the mail man walking down the street towards our house, wagging her tail, because she wants him to pet her. You simply cannot meet Moxie without immediately liking her.

Its something I can’t explain Mike... it would seem all animals are at ease around me.

Except skunks... not skunks... :p

I'm just the opposite Jeff. Wild animals are not at ease around me. But the skunks are. They raise their tail up and stand on their front feet, wanting me to pet them (I think). :p
