I especially like the composition of the first photo. It's really a cool looking shot. I sold my 1DX (version1) for a 5D4. I like the 5D4 better, but with all that changing of cameras, I still end up shooting my 7DII more than anything. It's still my favorite. LD, or Mike

I dont think I can give up the crop sensor really, I am not as able as I used to be to get in places close enough to wildlife with a full frame so may as well keep 7DII. Cant afford to up grade my 5D3 to 5D4 and Im very happy with 5D3 anyway. FUJI XT5 + XT3 & a bunch of Fuji lenses, Mavic Air2 drone

Only downside is the 150-600 and MC-11 combo isnt quite what i wanted so I'm not sure yet Gear, New and Old! RAW Club Member

(2 edits in all) | Jul 23, 2018 09:53 | #19736 so its the middle of winter here and the last few days we have had a massive swell on our coastline. There is an area not far from my place that is awesome, its known as the Gap. Its very dangerous but you are fine if you stick to the paths and lookouts, unfortunately some people have died out here taking selfies on rock ledges or just being blown off the rocks or slipping. amazing scenes today, its hard to get an idea of how far the water is coming up here but it is over 40 metres (130 feet). I had taken my 5DIII out a couple of days ago but chose 7DII today because of the amount of spray, think 7DII is better in these conditions FUJI XT5 + XT3 & a bunch of Fuji lenses, Mavic Air2 drone

You definitely choose the right camera to take out there. The 7DII is darn near bullet-proof. LD, or Mike
