Please log in to see the good quality stuff. Sunrise - JPEG capture looking North from Govetts Leap Lookout in the Sydney Blue Mountains National Park two mornings ago. The stronger violet hues are from the 77mm NiSi Natural Night Filter that I'd left on my lens from a night-shoot I'd undertaken just a few hours earlier - during the Lunar Eclipse (which was hidden by clouds from where I was). It's actually not far off from the natural colors of the sunrise although the filter shifted some of the deeper blues towards the violent-magenta range. This valley is about 2,268 feet deep from the plateau to the bottom. Charles Darwin visited this lookout back on 18th January 1836. There was around 30 people around me when I took this picture. It was so dark that I didn't see the safety rail in the lower left of frame until I got home and downloaded the images.
