I think I'd benefit more from an FE24-105 purchase for the current A7 vs buying an A7iii and having to use it with the FE28-70....

I'm sure I used to shoot 24-105L on the 5D2 with 85mm filters..... I'd need an adapter ring for a few quid. Maybe a CPL (though I do have a 95mm one that sits on the front of the holder.....)

With the A7iii I'd need to be upgrading software too.....

truth be told i actually like the old A7S body - if i didnt need something that can focus fast i would have not bought the R3 (plus i really wanted the high mp but thats secondary))

I don't really need anything that focuses fast. Neither do I really need more MP.......

No good talking about it this week anyway. I'm going away for a week so much too late to order anything....... ;-)a

My current thoughts are with ....... A7iii or FE24-105........

Gassy again.

I asked myself last night. What 1 sony product would ultimately change the way I shoot. (mainly landscape and wildlife)

It would be the RX1Rv2. It would be with me every day. Work Play Events. It can fit in my pocket and it can do everything @35mm.

It would challenge me on street photography and my nemisis taking pics of people.

Really wonder if I could live in a world of 7r2 cv10 / lox 21 the RX1Rv2 and A9 100-400

Ready set shoot.

Dang could I do it???!!???!??!!

Haha is it the gelled background that makes it look like that?

I'm having the same thoughts about the RXIRII. Just wish it was a bit cheaper to justify.

Some very crude logo ideas I was messing with. I think the last one on the bottom right has some potential. I was trying to incorporate my initials "a" and "m". I would also add my name with a good font but would not include "photography" as you often see. Kind of going for a clean Mike Kelley logo.

From a 'gut' feeling, I think I prefer the round icon with stylized AM but because you shoot a lot of architectural photographs, maybe the square one on the upper right. That has a 'floor, ceiling, and walls' with your initials bracing them all together.

If you lived in Texas, you could make any one of them into a cattle brand too. ;-)a

Thanks Travis. I like it too. Perhaps with a square border instead of round? Btw, I quite like your logo. Did you design that yourself?

Thanks Eddie. I think it matches my minimalist and clean style. I worry that it looks too much like a bar code or perhaps people can't figure out the "M".

I have another logo idea in mind. I'll share the rough concept soon.
