MindShift backpack ordered. Should arrive tomorrow thanks to Amazon free overnight shipping. Thanks again Travis.

Here is one of the downtown shots using the tilt function on my 24mm TS-E. Not bad for a first attempt.

I thought the advantage of TSe lenses was keeping the body still and moving the lens...

That’s true. With this the adapter, the lens remains still but the camera moves. Probably best for doing panos.

Here is a review.

The lens staying still (front section) and the camera moving removes all parallax. Whereas the body tripod mounted and the front section moving can cause parallax if you have close foreground items. I always wanted to get one of the lens clamps

Yep that’s a good explanation Eddie.

Darn street lights! ;-)a Looks like you're getting the hang of the tilt-shift lens handily.

It's very cool how you're able to get or remove any pedestrians, let alone cars in the scene. It does almost make the area seem abandoned since I'm so used to seeing traffic, people, etc. in that kind of situation.

Cross post from the weekly comp thread. Really windy here today, had to hang my bag from the tripod and hold it down myself. Two shots stitched

EDIT - Just noticed a stitching error. Will sort and re-post

Begs for a milky way over that ruin.
