I'd clone out the single strand of hair from her earlobe that runs down the side of her face.

I think the edit by DagoImaging is best for skin tones and Wamvar's is best for treatment of her eyes and BokehBender's catch on the hole and flyaways puts icing on the cake. Combine 'em all and you've got a winner.

original is a bit hot. I would also soften the skin slightly but not too much

What's already been said, and I think you've overdone the skin smoothing to the point she looks like a synthetic. Pull that back a bit.
