A familiar sight on the streets of California nowadays. The latest angle is to have some kind of pet to tug the heartstrings.
EDIT: Cropped, available light hand held at night after a light rain.

I find the angle awkward. The black and white also has a good amount of what looks like digital banding and ghosting.
