Ohio - Beautiful photo of the butterfly, agree on the delicate. Had to laugh on the dress photo. I read it too fast and thought she was mowing the lawn " OMG how big is your lawn ! "

Old Crow - I like the getwaway vehicle. I sometimes think I'd like to try kayaking. Gorgeous lily, looks like the Tiger Lilies that grow "like weeds" where I used to live. Glad to see I'm not the only one that drew a blank on New Year's Day.

Timphoto - Very classy old cars. Jealous, you have a lot of interesting places and objects to photograph.

MichiTimm - Nice set of images, and all shot with a different camera. You must have quite a collection. Inspired image for New Year's Day, I wouldn't have thought of it.

I generally claim to have no lawn, just a lot of grass. Old farm field that someone built a house on and we eventually bought. Manicured lawn this is not, but then that's an advantage to living in the country.

We do have a wide variety of interesting places and objects to photograph, but hordes of summer time tourists and their traffic can make it a real challenge.

I'll be working on mine this weekend and hopefully can get some posted. I've been out of town for the past two weeks though so I have quite a pile of film to work my way through before I can post!
